Road Asset Management Research Program
(VOH) Road Asset Research Program was the Finnish Road Administration’s four years (2003-2006) research program for road maintenance and management. The main objective of the research program was to establish the necessary knowledge base and information management as well as systematic framework for effective management of the road network. The total budget was 2,8 M€ and it consisted of 63 projects. Work was done by 20 consulting companies, 3 universities and 2 research centers. Besides 4 Master’s thesis were done.
